The Larvae were one of the most feared and barbaric of Greece’s vampires. One of the first sects to use their near immortal frames as part of their psychological warfare. The Larvae would gladly leave arrows, embedded weapons and stitches in their bodies as a sign of strength and resilience. Rather than wearing gauntlets, it was common for them to drive metal spikes into their own forearms. Although skilled in a variety of weapons, a personal favorite was to rip the appendages off of an enemy and drive spikes through the end to use as a mace. Another affinity was to adorn themselves in armor either made from or accented in the flesh of their foes.
