Obi-Wan Action Figure Variant Order Update

Hey everyone,

On Sunday March 17th, we sent out an email update to all those who purchased Obi-Wan books and the reason for their delay in shipping. It appears that some of our customers may not have received this email and for that we apologize for that oversight.

“We wanted to give you an update on the status of your Obi-Wan order.

We received our 2nd run of books from Diamond Publishing in early March, and upon opening box after box, the unfortunate news is that none of the books arrived in good or even passable shape to fulfill any of our orders.

We are currently working with Marvel and Diamond Publishing to rectify this issue. To reiterate, the most frustrating part of the whole experience is the fact that this is actually our 2nd reprint. We received our first run of books a couple of weeks before the sale and the entire run arrived so severely damaged. Diamond worked quickly to get our reprints out in time to fulfill the our orders, however, again, the products they have produced have been unacceptable.

In either print run, not one book is up to the standards we have established over the last 3 years, and what you, our customers, have come to expect. Because we hold ourselves to the highest standards and only want to provide you the highest quality product, we simply cannot send you these books.

We are very sorry for the delay this has caused in fulfilling your orders, but do know, that we are working very hard to ensure that our next print run of Obi-Wan meets and exceeds our expectations.
